When a community's government and police force continue to fail them, the gangs of a UK neighborhood unite to consider forming one, all-powerful confederation. For one of the gangs, The Purifiers - a collection of smart and highly skilled exponents of Tae Kwon Do - this proposal goes against everything they represent. The rest of the gangs realize quickly that, for the new alliance to be a success, they must get rid of The Purifiers. An explosive and volatile unknown terrain faces The Purifiers as their journey becomes an emotional and physical rollercoaster.
